This application provides highly detailed topographic maps for Finland, incorporating versatile tools designed for various navigation and planning needs.

• Accurate Mapping Data: The app features topographical maps sourced from the National Land Survey of Finland, covering all scales. The maps are optimized for Retina displays, enhancing visual clarity. Additionally, several lakes include depth information; however, this data is not available for all lakes.
• Property Information: Users can access property details directly on the map interface. This feature requires an in-app purchase to activate.
• Offline Functionality: All map tiles are downloadable to the device, allowing navigation without an internet connection. It is also possible to download specific areas as needed.
• Route Management: The application enables users to save and manage tracks with detailed information. Saved routes can be displayed on the map for easy follow-up of previous paths. Tracks are exportable as GPX files and can be imported along with placemarks.
• Distance Measurement: A ruler tool allows for precise measurement of distances between points or along routes.
• Base Camp Functionality: Users can designate a specific location as a base camp to facilitate straightforward navigation back to that point.

Note: Continued background use of GPS may significantly impact battery life.

• Topo Maps - World: Powered by Thunderforest Outdoor maps, available through an annual auto-renewable subscription.
• Property Borders - Finland: Subscription options for one month or one year; subscriptions do not auto-renew.
• Ocean Maps - Finland: Available via an annual auto-renewable subscription.
• Topo Maps - Sweden: Available via an annual auto-renewable subscription.
• Topo Maps - Norway: Available via an annual auto-renewable subscription.

Auto-Renewal Subscription Details

Payment is processed through the iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the current period’s expiration and reflect the renewal cost. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal via their Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
